I'm really sad that it's come to this, but I have to break up with Zulily. Don't get me wrong, I've gotten some super-cute stuff over the years, but I've finally determined that this is a disorganized company that doesn't care about its customers.

Here's a list of things that have happened over the years: 1.) one item arrived broken and couldn't be replaced; 2.) the sizing for clothes is all over the place, so sometimes you misjudge and order something that doesn't fit. When that happens, you can't return it; 3.) one order was completely cancelled several weeks after I placed it; 4.) on more than one occasion, items have shipped without me being sent a notification or tracking number.

When you wait weeks for an item, I think it's important to keep that status updated. 5.) I've often found that the "deals" aren't that great when the shipping is factored in.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Tracking # for items shipped.

Zulily Cons: Shipping time, Availability of information about my order.

Been waiting 3 weeks, my package shipped April 13 I have no tracking number and have no idea when or if my package will come. I want these items for summer so I'm glad I ordered early but I saved up for these items and will be really disappointed if my stuff won't arrive

I never received a confirmation email and there's no way to track the order online! When I called I waited an exorbitant amount of time after hanging up from impatience.

I also have been disappointed on how you manage customers.i really have loved shopping with you!! But I'm tired of getting disappointed when I have an issue.Please take these comments and do something different to coincide with your customers because we are the ones that make your site what it is.

So dissatisfied. Long shipping, then ensemble didn't match.

Baby pajamas and hat two different shades. Baby *** and headband same deal!! And of course final sale!

Won't order with this co. again.
