Zulily - Very disappointed
I shopped from them several times.
They have good customer service, they reply quickly but are not doing anything. They only apologize and wish a good day.
Not only don't they have a return policy (which is a big drawback for online shopping), they also don't have a price adjustment, even when the price of product you bought was decreased in a few days after the purchase. I haven't even worn the product I bought.
Will not be shopping with them anymore. Very disappointed.
Besides, their prices are not as low, as they claim. Sometimes you can find the same product even cheaper on Amazon or in stores.

I don't know how you can say they have good customer service when you clearly stated that they do nothing. My experience was the same.
They replied, but did nothing to fix the problem.
I don't call that good customer service, and I haven't shopped there since my bad experience six months ago.
