I have been with Zulily 12 years and never had a problem until now I received a text message with an amount that was more than my purchase. Called Zulily and was told I was late on a payment my response was no I never recd a billing statement and was told by Zuilly that I was on e bill and sent a text a month ago about the bill which I never got message are knew about the system being used called e bill
User's recommendation: Make sure you know what the new system they are using cancel there credit card and use old way of payment.
