I ordered two matching shirts for my granddaughters in a 3T and 4T. I received the wrong size shirts.
I emailed their customer service email address on 11/19/14 and and told them about it. I received no response. So I emailed them on 11/20 and asked them again. No response.
On 11/21 I sent them a third email, and I received an automated response that I had been blocked from emailing them. Now, do not misunderstand. I never use cuss words or threats when I email. If I did, I would understand being blocked.
They only blocked me because they didn't want to do anything about it and they were tired of receiving my emails asking for a response. In the past, I have had orders cancelled on me that I did not cancel, I have had wrong sizes shipped to me, I have been overcharged for shipping on numerous items... the list goes on and on. But blocking my emails?
this is the final straw. I would recommend that NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY.
