I had a free shipping e-mail. After the online rep.
fought with me back and forth for 30 minutes, I still did not get my shipping cost! I sent them the e-mail offer. The person refused to give me their name and just continued to argue with me. I then called to speak to a supervisor, who did not apologize or anything.
He said he would refund me my shipping cost, but a week later I have not seen it!
So rude! They lost a customer, but didn't even care.
