Zulily - Horrible "Customer Service"

I had a free shipping e-mail. After the online rep.
fought with me back and forth for 30 minutes, I still did not get my shipping cost! I sent them the e-mail offer. The person refused to give me their name and just continued to argue with me. I then called to speak to a supervisor, who did not apologize or anything.
He said he would refund me my shipping cost, but a week later I have not seen it!
So rude! They lost a customer, but didn't even care.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Please avoid publishing any personal information and promotional content
If you placed your first order, you do not get free shipping. Those emails are sent AFTER you place your initial order, basically wanting you to place a second order before midnight and that said order would have free shipping.
Its plain as day.
How didn't you understand what they were saying? They didnt seem rude in the texts you posted.
