I've spent a few hundred dollars on the site and have had to complain on over half of the items, from poorly made clothes/jewelry and shoes to a shower caddy that rusted in just two months....it's going to get wet, it shouldn't rust!!!

They've been good about refunds (if within the right time frame) or vouchers.... but it's not really worth it.... They're big on tunics, but the one I bought was so unflattering, I tried pawning it off on my niece, but even she wouldn't take it! If it's super cheap, and you aren't afraid of disappointment, then go ahead and get it.

They DO have refunds, but you have to ask.The best way to get through to them, for me at least, has been facebook messenger.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of clothing and associated monetary loss in the amount of $100. Zulily needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
