Zulily - Poor Customer Service
This the second time I have ordered a item only to be sent a item from the distributor that I did not order. I shall not order any items for the holidays.
I want what I pay for not a item you choose to send me. Every time I bring it to their attention they just want to give me a credit. I don't want credit ! I want the item I payed for.
Your shipping is slow and your customer satisfaction is lacking. I always need to call direct. The customer email service does not even address the real problem. You choose to have poor customer relation your company will not last long.
It's checked for Zulily to contact me below. No, Thank You due to the customer must go out of there way with a credit response. I have done it on my recent order !
