Zulily - Poor customer service
I ordered some clothing for a vacation. The pieces did not arrive in time for my trip.
In order to return them I am to pay $8.95 + shipping. Since it was not my fault it took so long for the items to arrive, I don't feel I should be required to pay all of the return costs. Zulily doesn't care. I contacted customer service, via email, and have corresponded back and forth numerous times, but never with the same CSR.
It has actually became a little comical because it's like a robot is answering and none has looked at the correspondence from the beginning. I used to buy from Zulily a lot a couple years ago.
They were never like this with their customers. I will definitely never shop from them again.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $80.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Zulily Cons: Late shipments.
