Ordered two (2) womens tops on Jan 10, 2018, to find out my credit card was deducted on Jan 17, 18. Finding that strange, contacted Zulily.

Rep said my top's were to be shipped on Feb 5, 2018. These tops are for winter wear not spring or summer. that doesn't even boarder on unreasonable service but rather absurd. I would never order or do business w/ Zulily again.

But rather, I should get a refund & the merchandise for my inconvenience. Thanks but no thanks! Said pretty much what I needed to say with out mincing words.

Read the shipping time frame on the site. It isn't their fault you didn't pay attention. Why would they refund you and give you the merchandise when you didn't pay attention?

Exactly what I was about to write Mandy. Does no one shop as an informed consumer anymore? Perhaps we should read information provided to us conveniently on every product page and understand what weโ€™re buying so we donโ€™t end up complaining online about things that were right in front of our eyes.
