Verified Reviewer |Excessive delay from order to shipping
Placed an order in mid-November. Its now December 7 (3 week from order) and still have not received.
Why can't I browse without singing up?
After seeing ads for months, I finally clicked on one. It required that I join to shop. So I looked up the company, thinking I could browse without signing up if I access the website independently (without clicking on an ad), but no go.
How annoying! I don't know if I like the stuff they sell—yet. What has the company done for me (except put ads in front of me) that they deserve the right to send me emails just because I want to browse?
Zulilly, try earning potential customer trust before asking for an email. You've lost my potential business!
They did not cancel my order and now I cannot return my order!
I ordered 3 items almost 2 months ago!!! I only received 1 item, so I asked them to cancel the rest of the order and for a refund!
I threatened to contact AMEX and miraculously the next day I received an email stating the order was shipped! I told them I still dont want the order and they said to return it! I received the ugly, cheap quality items and went to the portal to process the return. To my dismay I was told I would have to pay shipping charges!
Once saw the order was cheap quality, I told them I definitely didnt want it and toms them to cancel it in the first place! This is a deceptive business practice! They try to wear you down so you just give up while they rake in the profits! Zulily has changed hands 3 times and the newest owner is the WORSE!
I dialed the Customer Service number I was given, and they tried to sell me a medical alert system! Enough is enough!!! Zulily used to have integrity! The old Zulily would have told me to donate the ugly items and refund my money!
The old Zulily had support you could talk to. When I went to return the items it said the return portal was not working-this has been since Saturday!!! I have written Customer Service and all of a sudden, they are NOT responding!
Like I said, scam artists!!! Do NOT buy from them!They are a 0 rating, but it wasnt on the scale!

They are a bunch of crooks. You can’t even get in touch with them.
When I ordered my item, it didn’t have final sale, no return. Now it’s on the invoice.
I’m very pissed because they are deceiving with their items and then there's no way to contact customer service. I ordered these color curtains and got this color.

Been 11 days. Post office still has no pkg. I have no pkg...order # 489****-P and all I am getting from them is computer-generated emails saying the same thing.

ZULILY STOLE MY MONEY!
To whom it may concern,
I filled out the claim form for $24.07 that was a credit in my Zulily account. Then I was told they received the claim after the due date. The thing is, why do I have to claim money that was mine to begin with? That money was taken by Zulily, when in fact everyone's credit should have been returned to them without them having to claim the funds!
Judging by the most recent reviews, it looks like the customer service has dipped significantly.
I would have been a repeat customer, except that money, which is still owed to me, was stolen by Zulily.
You lost many customers, including me. :(

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Use this site it is truly helpful.
I emailed customer service and requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. I received an email back asking why I was canceling and I replied delay in receiving item. I did not get any response. Emailed again a week later asking about refund still no response.
Call every customer service number found on line all either went to someone selling something else or out of order. I see someone has picked up my email sent per pissed consumer but still have not received any response.
I would never order from Zulily again. I'll update this post if I ever hear from Zulily about refund or I receive the shoes.

Shipment was never picked up by UPS. Customer service was circular.
Wanted more info but kept sending me back to tracking which showed label created but never picked up.
When asked about refund they kept sending me to a link to return which wanted me to ship them something for refund. I had nothing to ship since I never received item.

I ordered a pair of Ray-Bans on Zulily October 15th! I have tried to chat with them, and it seems that no one is on the chat.
I found a phone number to call, but every time I try the call, it just hangs up! Zulily used to be available to call and resolve problems.
Not sure about why this new Zulily is not available! I paid a lot of money, and I either want my item or my money back!

I can't believe that you don't allow people to browse on your website without signing up. How can you stay in business that way?
How do I know if I want to sign up if I can't even see what merchandise you sell? This is extremely annoying and seems like a poor business model.
Also, u can't save anything to favorites either. I would save things to my favorites, and when I had $$$, I'd go back check my favorites, and purchase!
U can't do that anymore! And because I left a poor review for the NEW zulily, they locked me out of the site completely!
