Why can't I browse without singing up?

After seeing ads for months, I finally clicked on one. It required that I join to shop. So I looked up the company, thinking I could browse without signing up if I access the website independently (without clicking on an ad), but no go. How annoying! I don't know if I like the stuff they sell—yet. What has the company done for me (except put ads in front of me) that they deserve the right to send me emails just because I want to browse? Zulilly, try earning potential customer trust before asking for an email. You've lost my potential business!

I can't believe that you don't allow people to browse on your website without signing up. How can you stay in business that way?

How do I know if I want to sign up if I can't even see what merchandise you sell? This is extremely annoying and seems like a poor business model.

Same here. Saw and add and wanted to see the item.

Signing up is too much of a hassle of just viewing an item.

They just lost another customer. Hope whatever customer psychology tactic you're doing is worth the customers you're losing.

Zulily is a very very unlikeable site to shop after you experience some poor service with them. They don't follow their own guidelines on their products. When you purchase an item with a rocket icon you are supposedly to receive a 1-2 day shipping out but Zulily does not follow through with their promises and infact whenever I sent an email concerning this matter and explained to them that their item had an icon to ship out early they denied it and said it did not. I even sent an email screenshot of the item with the rocket ship icon and they still denied it. They never shipped it out for over 2 weeks now nothing. It still sits in my order section online with their shipping. Extremely bad service I will say

UNPAID INVOICES

Hello I do not know if i am sending this email to the correct person, if not i am hoping that some status update happens. I have been trying to get a few pass due invoices paid for the pass five months with no payment or responses to my emails. Now, management is pushing to start moving forward and begin legal action to get payment. I had to return the Order#604653**** to Zulily.com because the lady top was too small,and I requested my refund back to my Original Payment Method #6859.Zully.com Is refusing to refund money back to my credit Card#6859 .I did return the product back to Zulily.com.,and Zulily.com need to refund my money back to my Original Payment Method, which is my Credits Card#6859.Zulily.com has no right to steal my money because i return the product as required if the product doesn't fit a customer.

I guess I pressed wrong reason ! Sorry, Im fine with Zulily in all matters ! Thank you. Ok, I have to type more words ! I was just asking about my store credit. That is all. I did not know in order to get a refund and credit my credit card, it had to be damaged. I was given store credit so everything is just fine. No problems what do ever !

Unable to complete transactions with any of my credit cards, even called company and prob stir not resolved

Trying to pay for selected merchandise and site wouldnt allow any credit cards or visa gift cards to pay, called company twice and still prob unresolved, sounds like fraudulent activity going on, Ive never had a prob over all the yrs Ive attempted to make purchase
