Looks as though top was put together and sewn by a 10 year old, plaid fabric not matched at either front or back seams, missing pattern match by over 3 inches. In addition to that lack of workmanship, it looks like blue pen mark across front of top.
Why would one send such shoddy merchandise to a customer, and this tunic was over $35.00.
I would not expect such junk from walmart or the dollar store, let alone pay $35.00 for this. This company should be embarrassed by the lack of quality they are shipping out to their customers.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "both bad quality and damaged item" of zulily top and associated monetary loss in the amount of $35. Zulily needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
