I purchased 2 dresses through Zulily. When I received my order, the dresses were are very poor quality and three sizes too small.
I notice the packaging did not have any information for returns. So I called customer service and they inform me that they do not accept returns for refund. I have never heard of this in the 21st century. Who do things like this.
If there was something on the web to inform customers of their policy, I would have never purchased anything. This company has just lost a customer and I will say, read first and beware of this company.
They are not concerned about customer satisfaction.
