Trying to place my first order with you using Chase Visa. You have been rejecting the card not accepting the security code. I have called CHASE WHO VERIFIED THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS IN GOOD ORDER. Being unable to solve my problem they went so far as to

put me through to a visa specialist who could not solve my problem

either. They came to the conclusion that the problem may be coming from your end.

To make matters worst you also rejected my e mail address which I wanted to use to change my password. Please advise and let me know what to do . I need the merchandise by the end of themonth or I will go to TJ Max or Marshall. Thanks for your consideration

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
