This company sent me a size "medium" and insist that I should have known that a size medium is a size 4!Now they want me to pay to return it and to pay a restocking fee so that they can scam someone else with this postage stamp sized shirt.

Dumping mistake-sized merchandise on customers and then making them pay for returns and "restocking" is not fair business practice. It is STEALING! If you have a problem with your order, expect form letters, online chats with robots, and getting robot replys that will mock you in your frustration. Do not expect to be treated fairly.

I am running into this kind of attitude from corporations more and more. No wonder American businesses are going down the tubes. There is no accountability.

I can almost hear the "customer service" people laughing at me and mocking my frustration.Don't shop with Zulily!
