Actually would have kept holding but there so chalked music was soooo annoying & ridiculous I had to hang up!! I was working in this in the post office parking lot for over an hour!! Zulily - Never again!

I have been a devoted customer of Zulily for five years. Recently, I was overcharged for an item and I contacted customer service. After several e-mails no one resolved my issue. This level of frustration has brought me to the decision to make NO further purchases. I’m DONE! I’m going to save a lot of money.

Zulily - So far so good

I've purchased several items over the last 6 months and have had just one item that didn't fit like I hoped. I have had a problem while browsing on the site and all of sudden my cart has been purchased. I wasn't even on the correct page to buy anything. The problem is the the amount of purchase is being held in my bank account for 5-7 days. Calls to customer service weren't helpful
