Not resolved

I ordered items in mid November for Christmas. Items scheduled to ship 12/10/2014, call Zulily to find out they have been delayed at least another week and some of the items were not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

There was no note and any indications that all the items would not be ready to be received by me, the customer, prior to Christmas. Zulily is deceiving.

Now I need to go and spend additional money to buy these Christmas gifts or wait and hope for the items to appear.

Will never shop at Zulily again. I would NOT RECOMMEND ordering anything from ZULILY!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
